There have been plenty of rumours surrounding incomings at Leeds United this month, whether it be Che Adams or Andre Gray, but we’ve seen very little in terms of reported departures. However, it seems as though one young player is set for a loan move after he was captured posing in his reported new team’s kit.
What’s the story then?
It has been reported that Rafa Mujica is set to leave Elland Road this month, but his destination is seemingly already sealed after having his initial loan cancelled.

The Spaniard looks set to join Villarreal B this month as a SportingLife journalist stated that he’s on his way while posting a snap of him in his new side’s kit.
Has to shine
The 21-year-old’s Leeds United career may depend on how he gets on at Villarreal B.
The youngster has already had one ill-fated loan spell this term as he’s failed to find the net in seven league appearances for Extremadura UD.
Leeds have a number of talented young strikers in their ranks already with Kun Temenuzhkov and Ryan Edmondson already starring for the U23s, and they’re also on the hunt for another first-team forward with the likes of Adams and Britt Assombalonga linked.
If he doesn’t impress in Spain this time around then his path into the first-team at Elland Road looks a lot tougher as it’d be hard to convince any of the coaches or Marcelo Bielsa that he’s worthy of a shot after faltering in the Spanish lower leagues.
Mujica is still only young, and he must at least have a bit of talent as he was a part if Barcelona’s youth set up, but if he doesn’t show what he’s got over the next six months the striker’s Leeds career could be in jeopardy.
